การสั่งซื้อสินค้า
ท่านสามารถสั่งซื้อสินค้าได้จากหน้าเว็บไซต์ หลังจากท่านกรอกข้อมูลครบถ้วน บริษัทฯ จะทำการส่งข้อมูลยืนยันการสั่งซื้อสินค้าไปยังอีเมล์ของท่าน
การแจ้งการชำระเงิน
ท่านจะต้องทำการโอนเงินและแจ้งการโอนเงินบนเว็บไซต์ที่หน้า แจ้งการชำระเงิน หรือลิงค์ที่ให้ไว้ในอีเมล์ภายในสามวัน นับจากวันที่ดำเนินการสั่งซื้อสินค้า หากไม่มีการโอนเงิน และแจ้งการโอนเงินภายในเวลาที่กำหนด คำสั่งซื้อจะถูกยกเลิกโดยอัตโนมัติ
การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ
บริษัทฯ ขอเรียนให้ทราบว่า ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อหลังจากได้รับการชำระเงินแล้ว ทั้งนี้ คำสั่งซื้ออาจถูกยกเลิกโดยอัตโนมัติเนื่องมาจากสาเหตุบางประการ เช่น การชำระเงินไม่สมบูรณ์ ข้อมูลการสั่งซื้อไม่สมบูรณ์ ฯลฯ อย่างไรก็ตาม จะไม่มีการเรียกชำระเงินค่าผลิตภัณฑ์ดังกล่าว
การแลกเปลี่ยนคืนสินค้า
ท่านสามารถทำการแลกเปลี่ยนสินค้าหรือคืนสินค้าได้ในกรณีที่พิสูจน์ว่าเป็นความบกพร่องจากทางบริษัท หรือจากผู้ทำการขนส่ง โดยสินค้าที่แลกเปลี่ยนหรือคืนจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพปกติ และไม่มีการเปิดแกะหีบห่อ ท่านจะต้องทำการแจ้งแลกเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าภายใน 10 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า หากท่านทำการส่งสินค้ากลับมาที่บริษัทฯ ทางเราจะจ่ายเงินค่าบริการจัดส่งตามจริง
การจัดส่งสินค้า
เราจะตัดรอบการจัดส่งสินค้าในทุกวันทำการของบริษัทฯ ภายใน 18.00 น. หากท่านแจ้งชำระเงินก่อนการตัดรอบ สินค้าของท่านจะถูกจัดส่งในวันถัดไป
รูปแบบการจัดส่งสินค้า : EMS ไปรษณีย์ไทย (29 บาท) หรือ บริการส่งด่วนพิเศษ จาก Flash Express
ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่งสินค้า* : 1-2 วัน (ภาคกลาง) และ 2-3 วัน (ภาคอื่นๆ) *เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของไปรษณีย์ไทย หรือ Flash Express
Terms of Service
Ordering
You can order products from the website page. After you have completed filling your information, the company will send a confirmation order to your email.
Payment Notification
You will need to transfer the payment and report it on the Payment Notification page or the link provided in the email within three days since the day of its purchase. If the transfer payment and payment report have not completed in time, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation of orders
The company would like to clarify that we reserve the right to cancel the order after receiving the payment. The order may be automatically cancelled due to some reasons, such as an incomplete payment, an incomplete ordering, etc. However, there is no payment required for those orders.
Products Exchanging and Returning
You can exchange or return the product if it is proved that it is a defect from the company or from the transportation agency. The exchange or return products must be in normal condition with no opening and unpacking. You must make the request to exchange or return them within 10 days since the date of receiving the products. If you have to send the products back to the company, we will take responsibility for the actual shipping fee.
Product Delivery
We will finalize the shipping round on every working day of the company. If you report the payment before 6 p.m. ,your products will be shipped the following business day.
Shipping method: EMS (Thailand post 29 baht) Or Express delivery by Flash Express
The period of delivery *: 1-2 days (Central region) and 2-3 day (Other regions).
